In these locations, the two existing static wires will be replaced with only one new optical ground wire, containing a 24 fiber optic cable, known as OPGW cable... Where the existing H-Frame type structures are being replaced with new H-Frame type structures or deadend structures, one 19#10 Alumoweld static wire and one OPGW cable will be installed.}}
