3-25-13: Chris Gamache wants to ask Brad Simpkins of DF&L to allow an ATV trail through Kelsey Notch

DNCR to CORD: "Fortunately, today the Forest is a well managed special public holding where the balance between maintaining natural beauty and and protecting natural resources and the harvesting of forest products and providing for public outdoor recreation is evaluated on a daily basis by DRED and its partners - F&G, USFS and others."

April 5, 2013: Bill Carpenter-- "Good News! This morning, CORD, under the direction of it's attorney, Allen Brooks, endorsed the use of ATVs on the "Kelsey Notch Connection" and "Kelsey Notch Road" trail corridors at Nash Stream Forest." Brad Simpkins -- "Chris (Gamache) and Phil (Bryce), I'll let you guys decide how you want to hand CORD. Commissioner, you should be all set with the good news for the Senator this afternoon."
