Trails must allow folks with mobility disabilities to use OPDMDs, but the trail management entities may do an analysis of trails safety and define allowable types of OPDMDs. In the absence of such an analysis someone with a disability would be able to bring any ATV onto a trail, and determining who has a legitimate disability to allow them to do that apparently gets very sticky from an enforcement standpoint."}}

report by our local railroad operator. As you may know this line is now an active railroad year round and along with trespassing, also very dangerous to be recreating on an active railroad line. Appears a lot are getting on/off at the Sargent Street crossing in Northfield and also at the McDonalds in Tilton. Although the line was recently plowed by our operator, the trespassing packs the remaining snow into the railroad components at the switches (making maintenance difficult) and also damages our bridge cross timbers as they now don’t have any snowmobile track cleat protection.."}}
