2010, December 3: petition for crossing Merrimack River; "The 380 Line, as presently constructed, crosses the public waters of the Merrimack River in the Towns of Merrimack and Litchfield, New Hampshire. The existing overhead crossing of the 380 line (consisting of phase conductors, one static wire and one optical ground wire (OPGW) was previously licensed by the Commission while designated as Line 379 running between PSNH’s Scobie Pond Substation and the Vermont Yankee substation in Vernon, Vermont.
